Do you think the news media might be confusing people by "balancing" the indisputable?
Just like with global warming. Experts are saying one thing, while naysayers are saying the opposite. And, the public is confused.
When it comes to global warming, science says that human activity is emitting greenhouse gases. That is indisputable.
And, when it comes to jobs, noble prize winning economists say that government projects create jobs.
Yet, in the news media, we are hearing a "balanced" debate, with the mantra that cutting gov't spending will create jobs is repeated endlessly by the talking heads.
How can both be right?
