Electric Bill Trap
Leo's electric bill soars as he misses the deadline to re-contract with Green Mountain Power. Green Mountain provided no notice of expiration. Leo thinks this scam is costing Texas electricity customers lots of money, and is ditching Green Mountain for Gexa, which claims that they notify customers of the imminent expiration of their annual contract.
