A new energy policy is now on the books, and though it comes absent of many needed concepts to fully revitalize our energy profile, it does, to its credit, update the fuel efficiency standard for automobiles including the likes of SUVs.  Leo predicts this is just the start with many more laws to come, some good and bad, but more on the way nonetheless.  In other news, Bush, in his typical apocryphal style, claims to be spreading peace around the world.  Finally, we take your calls.
