Leo chainsaws his leg while trying to preserve the Texas land.  As a result he is treated by doctors with extraordinary care.  He goes back to have a checkup today, the day that the Senate votes on child health plan SCHIP (just voted 67-29, a veto proof margin if the House goes along).

In other news, "free-trading" utility companies ask congress to put a "cap" on the expense carbon credits could result in.
